APPOINTMENTS
WHAT TO EXPECT:
As a new client, you will be asked to arrive at the clinic ten minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. There will be a health intake form for you to fill out.
If you are coming in for an insurance-billed massage appointment please fill out our on-line insurance form now. It's our policy to verify your benefits before treatment and most insurance plans require a prescription from your physician. You will need to bring your prescription and insurance card with you for our records.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY:
After you have finished the intake forms, your therapist will greet you and show you to your treatment room. They will discuss, confidentially, your intake form and any issues you may have regarding the treatment. They will then give you instructions about preparing yourself for massage and leave the room for your privacy. They will knock before entering a few minutes later. When the massage is finished, they will leave the room again, giving you privacy to dress and meet them in the reception area.
